Travelomi helps you plan. It does not make the booking.
Effective 20 August 2026. Using Travelomi — the magazine or the product, signed in or logged out — means these Terms. How personal information is handled is in the Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Paul Zammit, trading as Travelomi. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Early Beta
Travelomi is in Early Beta. Features can change, pause or break. There is no uptime promise. You use the product as it stands that day.
3. What Travelomi is
Travelomi helps you shape a Trip and compare options. It is not a travel agent, takes no payment and is not the merchant of record. You complete any booking with the provider you choose, under that provider’s terms. Prices and availability expire. Confirm the final details at the source before you pay. You remain responsible for entry requirements, visas and whether a trip is right for you.
4. Accounts
You can start one Trip in a browser without an account. Signing in with Google is optional; it claims that work and lets you keep more than one Trip. You are responsible for the account. You must be 16 or older.
5. Your content
You own what you type and upload. You give Travelomi a licence to store it, send the searches the Trip needs, and run a Chat turn — only what is required to operate and improve the product. That is not a right to publish your Chat or to train public models on it.
6. Accuracy
Interpretation can be wrong. Live prices and availability come from travel sources and can go stale. Travelomi is not legal, medical, tax or immigration advice. Check anything you will act on.
7. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, scrape it, interfere with it, or use it to break the law. Companion help stays on the Trip in this Chat. We may suspend access if these Terms are broken.
8. Handoff links
When you are ready to book, Travelomi hands you to a provider. No link earns a commission today. If that changes, it will be disclosed on the link.
9. Availability
The service is provided as it is. Early Beta does not include a warranty that a search will succeed or that a saved Trip will always be there.
10. Liability
Travelomi is not liable for bookings you make elsewhere, for visa or entry outcomes, or for a provider’s prices, errors or failures. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid Travelomi for the service. Today that amount is nothing.
